The following terms and conditions constitute the official Shipping Policy of Nineteen Ninety Two.

Domestic Shipping Policy (UAE)

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UAE public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit. Should there be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note that Nineteen Ninety Two reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice. If an order is cancelled, the customer will be refunded in full.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has been dispatched.
This email will include tracking details when applicable.
Tracking numbers may take up to 72 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Nineteen Ninety Two is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order.
All charges imposed during or after shipping, including import duties, VAT, clearance fees, or tariffs, are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Nineteen Ninety Two is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  2. Save all original packaging, boxes, and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.

We will assist where possible but cannot file claims on the customer's behalf.

International Shipping Policy

International orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance and destination regulations.

Importer Responsibility

When ordering outside the UAE, the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all local laws and regulations of the destination country.

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Import taxes

  • Customs duties

  • Clearance fees

  • Government inspection delays

These fees are not controlled by Nineteen Ninety Two and cannot be estimated in advance.

Non-Refundable Customs Fees

Customs fees are non-refundable.
If a shipment is refused due to unexpected fees, shipping costs and return fees will not be refunded.

To Avoid Customs Delays:

  • Provide a valid phone number for customs agents to reach you.

  • Do not refuse shipments or ignore carrier communication.
    Most carriers will only hold parcels for a limited time before returning them to the sender.

Free Shipping

Free shipping promotions (if applicable) do not apply to international orders.

Customs & Local Regulations

Your local customs office may require additional documentation, which can delay delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to check local import restrictions before placing an order.

Nineteen Ninety Two cannot be held liable for items rejected by customs due to regional restrictions.

Foreign Transaction Fees

Depending on your bank, foreign transaction fees may apply once your payment has been processed.
These fees are determined by your bank’s policies and are not charged by Nineteen Ninety Two.
