Online Return Policy 


Online Return Regulations

The following regulations apply to all online returns made through the Nineteen Ninety Two website. By placing an order, customers agree to comply with the return rules outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Customers may return eligible products within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from odors, stains, or damage. All items must include original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories, and must be in resaleable condition. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Accessories (including jewelry, socks, hats, eyewear, belts, keychains, and similar items)

  • Underwear and swimwear

  • Grooming and personal care products

  • Homeware items such as candles, décor, and textiles

  • Electronic devices and accessories

  • Printed materials such as books, magazines, and stationery

  • Knitwear

  • Sale, discounted, promotional, archive, or limited-edition items

  • Custom orders, special orders, and pre-orders

  • Any product marked as “Final Sale” on its product page

Nineteen Ninety Two reserves the right to refuse any return that falls into these categories.

Return Fees & Shipping Guidelines

All return shipments require a return fee, which varies depending on destination, shipment weight, and courier rates.
Returns within the UAE and GCC are processed through approved courier partners.
International orders are eligible for return only; exchanges are not available for international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until received and inspected by Nineteen Ninety Two.

Return Approval & Processing

All return requests must be submitted through our customer support team. Customers will receive approval or rejection of their request via email within 48 working hours. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–14 working days, depending on the customer’s bank. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Any issues related to missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order. Customers should include their order number along with clear photos of the items, packaging, and labels.
Claims submitted after the 3-day window may not be eligible for review.

Refused Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery of an eligible order, all return shipping costs, courier fees, and related charges will be deducted from the final refund. Customs duties and taxes collected by authorities are non-refundable.

Packaging Requirements

All products must be returned in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Footwear must be returned with the original shoebox, and the shoebox must be protected with an outer layer. Returns with damaged shoeboxes will not be accepted, as the shoebox is considered part of the product.

Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt, order confirmation email, or other proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Returns cannot be processed without official approval from our customer support team.

Final Decision

Nineteen Ninety Two reserves the right to make the final decision on any return or exchange request. In case of any dispute, the brand’s decision will be considered final and binding.
