We offer customers a smooth and secure return experience.
Please read the following Return & Exchange Policy carefully before submitting a request.

Return & Exchange Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Note:

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Fees

UAE Returns & Exchanges

A return or exchange request processed through our courier partners will incur a fee depending on shipment size and destination.

GCC Returns (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar)

Return fees vary based on shipment weight and destination.
Exchange service is not available for GCC orders.

International Orders

Return fees are calculated based on the weight, destination country, and courier rate.
Exchanges are not available on international orders.

Note: Return shipping fees may vary depending on the courier and current shipment conditions.

Processing Time

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email within 48 working hours with next steps.

Refunds may take up to 14 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Ineligible Items / Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Accessories (hats, belts, socks, jewelry, keychains, eyewear, etc.)

  • Underwear & swimwear

  • Grooming & personal care items

  • Homeware items (candles, textiles, decorative items)

  • Print products (books, magazines, stationery)

  • Electronic accessories

  • Knitwear

  • Sale items

  • Archive or limited edition items

  • Custom orders

  • Special orders

  • Pre-orders

  • Products marked as final sale on their product page

Condition of Returned Items

Please ensure all returned products are packaged securely.

For footwear returns:

  • Shoe boxes must be protected by an additional outer box.

  • Shoe boxes returned damaged will not be accepted, as they are considered part of the product.

Return parcels are the customer’s responsibility until received by our team.
We recommend using trackable shipping when returning items.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit process.

Incorrect, Missing, or Defective Items

If your order arrives with:

  • A missing item

  • The wrong product

  • A defect or damage

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please email info@nineteenninetytwo.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s)

  • Photos of packaging and labels

Nineteen Ninety Two will review the case and provide a resolution.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
We will then inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.

If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available if the item is defective or damaged.

To request an exchange for the same item, email: info@nineteenninetytwo.com. If the item requested for exchange is not available, our team will issue a refund instead.

Gift Orders

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item.

  • A gift voucher will be emailed once the return is received and approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift was shipped to the purchaser first:

  • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping Process

Once your return is approved, our team will coordinate shipping arrangements and request any required documents.

Return shipping times vary depending on your location.

For high-value items, we advise using insured and trackable shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery of your shipment and it is eligible for return:

  • All return shipping costs and associated fees will be deducted from your refund.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt, order confirmation email, or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please do not send any purchases back to the manufacturer.

Final Decision

Nineteen Ninety Two reserves the right to make the final decision on all return or exchange cases in the event of a dispute.
